My 35 years of domestic and international Business experience evolves out of my experience in Broadcast Media Technology and Business Development Franchise Development Marketing and Consulting.
I developed my media sales skills during my 15years in Radio and Television broadcasting and public affairs with WKOK Radio, ABC/NBC WTLV- WJCT-PBS Jacksonville Fla. I am a recipient of a number of regional and national awards for broadcast journalism and commercial productions as I transitioned into corporate communications and training.
During a 14 yr. tenure as president and founder of Creative Associations/ Interactive Channel Communications I was a recipient of special recognition from the Business Journal Magazine as their Entrepreneur of the year award, and additional recognition from Society for Applied Sciences, the Southern Advertising Council and the National Assoc. of Broadcasters “Emmy”, for media sales development projects for corporate communications departments serving the real estate and pubic services arena.
I served as a corporate director of strategic planning for major U.S. communications companies during the FCC’s wireless auctions and deregulations of the broadband wireless network in the 1990s. During the development of the issues surrounding this legislative rule making, I served as a lobbyist consultant for several private equity auction participants. I am a frequent publisher/ analyst/ consultant to money managers and financial services firms on future real estate related business opportunities. For the last 10yrs. I have acted as a franchise consultant to the major real estate brands and additional consultant services platform via the Gerson/ Lehrman Council.
My business development and public affairs experiences provided me the opportunity to remain an activist in local, regional civic and community affairs and public service areas of personal interest.
